Free Distance Reiki Healing

We send out free Reiki healing every Sunday evening at 8pm GMT, if you or someone you know would benefit from this please ask to be added to our healing list by Saturday 12 noon GMT

Please read before you request:

If you require a free healing session from us please send your request by email to me raine_hilton@hotmail.co.uk. We can only offer one healing session per week. If you feel the need for repeat sessions then we ask that you make a fresh request during the following week. The reason we say this is that otherwise we end up with a list a mile long as people will often forget to ask us to remove them.

We don't need specific details or personal information from you other than your name as we are using Reiki energy; this type of energy is very free flowing and will go where it is needed and will work in whichever way is best for you. We also use crystals and in particular crystal skulls grids during our healing sessions which magnify and direct the energy even more powerfully and efficiently.

As energy has no concept of time as we know it, it is unimportant if you are receiving at the same time as we are sending. We do something which is known as 'Chi ball' the energy. This means that the energy is stored for you to access when you are ready to receive it. The last thing we would want is someone feeling lightheaded while driving a car or operating machinery or even waking you up in the middle of the night!  The beauty of this is that we can send healing to you wherever you are in the world and it will be ready for you to access at a time that suits you best after the Sunday session you have requested. You may like to prepare your room with relaxing music, burn incense or light candles, or you could take yourself out in nature, by the beach or out into the countryside.

*If you are outside do make sure you are safety conscious, if possible have someone with you to look out for you.

* Please be aware that as this is a 'Reiki Stack' healing session we cannot treat individual ailments or issues.

How can I get the most from this session?

So when you are ready, use a simple progressive relaxation/meditation technique to drop yourself under and when you are ready ask for access to the Chi Ball energy in your name sent by Raine & Phil Hilton. You should then feel it stream through you. Obviously everyone experiences energy flow differently for some it is very subtle and relaxing for others more vivid and insightful. Whatever your experience, know that it has been sent and it is working for you in whichever way is the best for your highest good and in accordance with your karmic agreements. We never seek to go against the free will and free choice of another. If the energy isn’t accepted we ask it to be redirected to where it can be best used.

If you find that feelings, flashbacks come into your mind as you receive the healing energy, it would be beneficial for you to write everything down straightaway afterwards so that you can work through it in your own time. You may also receive insights on how to overcome any challenges or emotional upsets you are going through, messages from your guides, angels or higher beings.

In a nutshell spiritual development could be termed awareness expansion. To put it in everyday terminology, when we develop the spiritual faculties, which lay dormant within all of us, we open our eyes a little further and broaden our horizons. Many people enjoy watching television psychics/mediums and are often amazed at the results they achieve. Little do most viewers realise that they too have the inbuilt tools to duplicate the self same results. All it takes is to know how to go about honing your latent skills, or abilities. I use the term abilities rather than the word gifts, as I feel they are just part and parcel of the human condition. When I hear others using the term gift it makes me think of elitists and this I feel only serves to alienate people from what is in reality a very natural process of self-discovery.

Development like anything else has to be learned and practiced before it can be of any use to the individual. However it can be very free form in its teaching, learning and application. There is a vast amount of ways to go about spiritual development and none are wrong, or even better than the others. Each person must find through trial and error what is the right path for him or her. But this handled in the correct way is a joyous journey of self discovery filled with humour lightness of spirit and loving support, both from others on their own paths as well as guides and other spirit dwellers.

We exist in an amazing multi levelled universe I do not ask that you believe this statement, merely that you approach your spiritual work with an open mind and that you question all things. Never take for granted anything that you are told, ask how and why it is so and then only when you are happy and truly satisfied and feel it is the truth within your own heart should you accept it as your own truth. We all have our own truth and this can never be taken from us. We may add to it, or change it, but it will always remain our truth. One of the first and for me most important aspects to any spiritual work, is to respect the belief systems of all others. You may at times feel that the ideas of others are foolish, or extreme. This in no way shape, or form give us the right to belittle another, or even to tell them that they are wrong. We must at all times respect the rights and opinions of others, as we wish to be respected ourselves.
